  Delivery policy: We use Royal Mail and Parcelforce for our deliveries. Where possible we try to deliver from stock but if there is a rush on one of our products due to a magazine or website review then dispatch can be delayed by up to a week.
  
  Refund/cancellation policy: If you have a problem with one of our products we will always try to help even if you bought it secondhand. If you decide that you want to cancel an order please let us know as soon as possible. If you want a refund please ship the product back to us at your cost and we will refund the original purchase price and shipping cost as soon as it arrives back at Cross Country Wireless. This does not apply to any of our products not bought direct from us. In that case please contact the original seller.
