Cross Country Wireless HF/VHF/UHF Multicoupler (1U rack mount version)
Following on from our successful HF/VHF/UHF Multicoupler we have released a rack mount version of the HF/VHF/UHF Multicoupler following requests from several commercial customers.
The 1U rack mount version of the HF/VHF/UHF Multicoupler allows a single antenna to be shared with up to twelve receivers. The standard rack mount version detailed here has four receiver output ports.
The Multicoupler uses a high linearity silicon germanium RF amplifier and has in-built lightning surge and over-power protection on the antenna port with over-power protection on each receiver port.
The wide frequency range allows the Multicoupler to be deployed on a variety of signals intelligence or monitoring tasks. It can be used with HF, VHF, UHF or wideband antennas as required.
A new revised design (December 2013) extends frequency coverage to 1200 MHz.
Frequency range: 500 kHz to 1200 MHz (internal filtering can be added for customer specific bands).
Input impedance: 50 ohms
Output impedance: 50 ohms
Bandwidth (-3 dB): 1 MHz to 1000 MHz
Bandwidth (-6 dB): 500 kHz to 1200 MHz
Output IP3: +40 dBm
Reverse isolation: Better than 40 dB at 1200 MHz (better than 50 dB below 150 MHz)
Receiver port isolation: Better than 25 dB at 1200 MHz (better than 40 dB below 150 MHz)
Supply voltage: 7 to 25 V DC
Supply current: 100 mA
Connectors: N female (RF in 50 ohms), N female (RF out 50 ohms), 2.5mm DC power socket and a M4 ground terminal.
Overall dimensions: 140 mm (L) x 482 mm (W) x 44 mm (H)
